Shipping Policy
Once you have ordered and made the payment from our website, you will receive an order confirmation email. In case, you do not get a confirmation mail within 24 hours, please contact us.
We have tie-ups with reputed courier companies, so your orders will be delivered right to your doorstep. All orders will be delivered in fully sealed packages to protect your goods and ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.
However, occasionally, we see that customers provide us with a wrong shipping address, which will make the shipment undeliverable. In such cases, this will be returned to us by our courier partner after attempting the delivery. We reserve the right to be not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer and indemnify the Company against any liability to fulfill this order. We will, however, try to contact you and get the correct address and reship it once we get the returned delivery back in our warehouse. However, in such cases, the re-shipping charges will have to be borne by the customer. Or if the customer doesn’t opt for reshipping, the refund will be initiated, after deducting the initial shipping charges in actuals.
Orders will be packed within 7 – 8 working days from the day of confirmation.

Products once shipped cannot be cancelled. The cancellation will be only possible after we receive the products back in our warehouse after a return initiated by the customer (please read the return policies). The shipping charges in actuals for these types of cancellations will be deducted from the refund amount.
